The shipment of the items in Italy and Europe is carried out by GLS courier. The service is active from Monday to Friday.

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipping, typically 1 day. The shipping time from Monday to Friday is within 24/48 working hours for Italy and 48/72 hours for Europe, except for national holidays.
The delivery of the items could be delayed for reasons of force majeure or related to the reachability of the destination.
It is possible to monitor the status of your order from the GLS website or from the "Track my package" page on our website, by entering the tracking number sent in the shipping confirmation email.
It is necessary to check the condition of the package before signing and accepting the delivery. If it appears to have been tampered with or damaged, we ask customers to sign the acknowledgment of receipt with reserve or to refuse delivery.
In such cases or if the delivery confirmation has been signed by unauthorized persons, please contact GLS or our customer service immediately by telephone or e-mail.
If the shipment is not delivered for reasons depending on the customer (wrong delivery details, absent recipient, refused delivery), the shipping costs and any customs clearance costs will be deducted from the final refund.
Cancellation of orders
Customers can request the cancellation of orders free of charge within 2 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. The request must be made in writing to the address salumibilancia@gmail.com and no other method of communication will be considered valid. If the customer communicates that he wants to cancel the order after this period or in any case refuses to accept the order once the package has arrived at its destination, Salumi Bilancia Srl reserves the right to charge all the costs incurred up to this point. in addition to the cost for the management and return of the order to its warehouses.
